Just wondering what I should do next - I received 4 PIF, but have not heard from
500fastcash, USfastCash, PDY Services,
on the 500fastcash and USFastcash
all I received was a letters back from the BBB stating they have not responded

should I just keep re-filing my complaints and also keep e-mailing these companies
until I receive something back from them

has anyone had any luck with PIF's from them - I have overpaid each of them
according to my state laws (PA) but not by much - so I would settle for a
PIF - just to have them closed and off my back - I don't want them to come
back in a year or so to haunt me, or have the accounts sent to collection

First the bad news, The companies you named have won every case any state has brought against them in the past five years (the whole tribal immunity thing), the BBB has no teeth and the FTC won't touch a case unless a) a federal law THAT THEY ENFORCE has been violated AND b) they have a couple of hundred complaints on file about it. (Lack of resources to chase every complaint, I guess . . .)

Now the good news. According to Lexis/Nexis, these companies have NEVER sued anyone for not paying a payday loan. If you've already overpaid, just shut down the account, avoid their phone calls and forget them.

Well - I did send out the e-mails to 500fastcash, USFastCash, PDY Services and Star
Cash Processing. So no matter what happens I feel at least I paid back the borrowed amount plus some, so I feel content in that aspect. I would just feel better if I had a
PIF from them - but from the sounds of it from here, I probably won't get that, well as long as I have all my records of payments and e-mails.

also - every once in awhile I get a threathing phone call from some strong accent person - Randy someone - stating I need to call back and/or have my attorney call
back concerning a personal matter, and if I don't call back all he can do is wish me
luck, I have just ignored these phone calls, althought I have saved them in voice mail
I'm assuming it is just best to ignore them, as I know I have defaulted on payday loans, which are illegal in Pennsylvania, so I feel they can't really do anything to me and overall all my payday loans were overpaid.
