I am in Pennsylvania. I got the loan for 300.00 4/14/09, I paid 90.00 a pay 5/7, 5/22, 6/5 (which was not a payday) and 6/22 before my checking account was overdrawn. The bank notified me, in turn I notified these people by telephone and was told to wait to see if debit cleared and call them back. As far as I honestly can see the debit cleared, but they went back in and debited my account again on 6/25 for 90.00 and 30.00 which put me back in the same deal. I closed and settled my bank account, sent USFC a ACH revocation letter, filed a complaint with the BBB. I received a reply from OK BBB which contained some bogus form letter from USFC claiming that I didn't pay back the principle, thus making the BBB complaint unresolved. I have since filed a complaint with the OK GA and received a letter that they had received my complaint. US is calling my home now and I'm not going to answer the line. I am considering filing with Pennsylvania AG because I received a very timely answer with a PIF letter from another PDL. From my research I see this company is located on an Indian reservation and are not licensed to loan anywhere outside the reservation. Do I have to deal with the phone here? Is this true that they are illegal in all states, including PA? Thank you.
