Has anybody else been getting these Recovery@usfastcash emails.

They send them to me all the time, it links to this website they made were you can try to set up payment arrangements. They also tell me in each email that is my last chance to make arrangements. I've been getting them for like two months now.

This last one I received stated this in red letters.

Quote:
Please read your loan agreement carefully, the next step is clearly defined. The next step could cost us both a great deal of time and money.

They let you plug in what you can afford each month and how many monthly payments but they don't accept anything. They counter offer with the same thing each time. They keep saying I have to make a down payment, but I can't afford what they are requiring for a down payment.

They also give you the option to pay in two installments with a 10% discount.

I think the best discount would be to knock off those illegal fees they are charging.

I am soooo glad that SOMEBODY has recieved the same e-mail that I was sent just yesterday. US Fast Cash is my only outstanding PDL ($365 owed according to them). I had a major freakout moment, I lost my job in DEC and so couldn't pay back the loan. Now I'm in serious debt and when i got that e-mail i thought "o great now they are going to take me to court over $365." I did contact them a two months ago, and told them staight out that I could not pay ANYTHING and they just tried to get me to pay and then said "well we'll just have to move forward... blah blah blah.

I CAN'T MAKE MONEY COME OUT OF MY A$$.

I did borrow the money (as crappy as the terms are) and I am one who does repay my debts, but they are total creeps!

Have you paid them anything? US Fast Cash is ILLEGAL in all states. You only have to pay them back the principal amount borrowed (i.e. NO finance charges). They can't do anything to you anyway. They aren't even in this country. I would send them the illegal payday lender letter from Shazzer's thread (how to deal with unlicensed lenders) and just send them the money via money order when you can afford it. Have you closed your checking account?
