After coming to an unsatisfactory resolution with the BBB, USFastCash has the nerve to email me from recovery[at]usfastcash.com to give me a chance to keep my future loan options open and 'grab my debt card' and go to a secure website to indicate a settlement payment amount (on a total BS amount owed of $715--nearly $600 more than I obligated to pay their illegal a**es:mad:) and the date of payment.
Shall I shoot them an email restating my original settlement request?
Kenwood Services was sent a letter from the Attorney General regarding my complaint. I got a copy of it in the mail yesterday. I also got a letter from the Attorney General where USFC, Ameriloan and 500FC are located.
I had a very stress-free and downright delicious Thanksgiving. :)

IMO the key is being persistent with your demand. I'd have repeated my offer to them mentioning that they are doing illegal business in the state.

Icon stand your ground and resend them your proposal again. USfastcash is the worst to deal with and the BBB offers little help. For every email you are sent reply with your proposal nothing more.

For 2 months they sent me an e-mail every couple days giving me the opportunity to satisfy my balance. I simply replied to their e-mail by pasting my original letter (dated 7/27/09) into the reply.

Finally, 2 weeks ago they stopped e-mailing me. Keep resending your original letter/proposal. Ignore their e-mails. They know they can't collect from you. They're hoping they'll wear you down.
