Trying to settle with no replies. PHONE CALL HELP NEEDED! Someone help

Hey everyone,

Thank god for this forum. Here are my stats:

State: PA
USFASTCASH: Paid $180, Borrowed $300
500FASTCASH: Paid $180, Borrowed $300
BiggestCash: Borrowed $300, Paid $180
UpFront Money: Paid $90, Borrowed $200

So, I closed my checking acct a month ago as soon as I found this site. I immediately e-mailed all of these places telling them to withdraw ACH, pay garnishes (if any), and not to call me or my references. ALL EMAILS NEVER REPLIED TO!

Now, phone calls start. They refuse to acknowledge my emails.
I returned calls to 500FASTCASH and USFASTCASH (only ones I can cal with numbers to).

Here are my calls:

500fastcash- Told the woman I'm willing to pay the principle (120$), not the $480 settlement. She refused offer and said they don't have an address for me to send a money order. Then I said they are illegal and I am not reqiured to pay back anything over the principle. She asked how are they illegal if they give the money and I am violating my contract. She said she'll mark my acct refusal to pay and send it out to 3rd parties.

USFastcash- Said they were offering to let me only pay $480 (gee, what a bargain), after I really owe $1020 (NO clue where this number comes from). I refused said I was told by my lawyer (bluff) that they are illegal and I only have to pay principle. He said that's a lie since obviously they are legal since they have tons of loans. He wrote down my refusal to pay and said it's going to 3rd party. I told him I no longer work where I listed, and that to not call me or my references since calls won't be accepted. He said "oh we will still call". I said he could do that all he wants, but I'm prohibiting calls verbally and have done so through an e-mail. He asked for my legal representation and during my answer, hung up on me. I sure heard those keystrokes when I said I had a lawyer in the family (big time).


What do I do? Does this go to a legal collections!?!? I can't destroy my credit score bc of scams during this economy. Also, what do I do since no one replies to my e-mails. Are USfastcash and 500fastcash truly illegal? A

Does anyone have any info on how to deal with BiggestCash or Upfrontmoney?
