They are due back in court May 2010. So How much did you barrow and how much have you paid them. At this point all you owe is the Prinicpal Balance minus any payments you have made. You also need to file complaints with the BBB, Department of Corp., Attorney Generals office and FTC. Get those out asap. They will help out.
