Yes
Yes, the lenders are legal. They are CSO's for lenders in Ohio. Like I said if I set up EPP with them my cost would be $1200 every 2 weeks for 5 pay periods. I don't have that type of money to pay them and all my other bills. I haven't slept in months and don't know where to turn. Isn't there any type of company that can consolidate them.
Are you sure?
Are you sure your online lenders are legal? When I look up the Ohio laws it states that you are only allowed to have 1 loan out at a time.

In Ohio
I live in Ohio. They are with CashNet USA, Check n go (installment loan), PayDay One online. The 3 storefronts are Advance America, Check into Cash and Checksmart. If I try to make EPP with them that would total about $1000 or more every two weeks which I just don't have. Isn't there any type of company that could help consolidate these.
Yes, the online lenders are
Yes, the online lenders are licensed to lend in Ohio. I have not contacted to storefront ones yet. I don't know what will happen there. I don't know if they will let you make payments. If I set up payments plans with the 3 online that would be $1200 per 2 weeks. I wouldn't have any money left to pay the storefronts or bills. Should I just default on them all and claim bankruptcy.
One thing you can do is check
One thing you can do is check to see if your online lenders are licensed to lend in the state of Ohio - they have to be to legally lend in Ohio. - here is where you would check - Ohio Division of Financial Institutions - I am sure they have a website you can't find. Have you already contacted the storefront ones to see if you can work out any arrangements?
