Hello I recently sent the validation letter to Paradise Cash Advance, Intl Equity and this is the response I received from them.

The loan that you took out is an online short term cash advance from a company that is located outside the United States. Here at PDL Support we do administrative support for six other loan companies and we are located in the Midwest. Being that we are ONLINE lender located outside of the nation, we are not subject to the payday loan specific laws assigned to your state. In addition to this, you signed a legally binding contract electronically with an assigned IP address that states that you in fact AGREED to the terms of the loan and the way in which the loan would debit your account. Unfortunately we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the contract not having been read thoroughly or enough questions asked in order to gain a full understanding. We cannot even be held responsible for an agent’s lack of explanation as the contract is clear as to how this loan is processed to completion. Ultimately you are still responsible for the remaining amount borrowed being that you agreed to the terms of this loan. When you signed the contract you also waived your right to trial by jury to resolve any dispute alleged against us or to appear in court. I hope that this will help to answer some of your questions.

So my question now is what should I do or how to respond to this?

Thanks - by the way I live in Indiana and the loan was for $600 and I have overpaid by $277.50.

they are subject to your state laws and since paradise is not located in the US.the suuposed contract isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the bottomfeeder has no legal recourse.i would reply this way.

this pdl is illegal in INDIANA and therefore since i overpaid the actual principle i not only owe nothing more, but am entitled to have the monies that exceeded the principle refunded.if you feel you are right.extradite me to whatever hole in the wall country this loan originated from, but being as this is an illegal loan i expect more BS and nonsense, but i am at least considering this loan paid.

anyway that is how i would respond.
