Validation Letter vs Collection Ltr and to call or not to call?

Ok, been on the site for several days reading and I am going through the process. I have 10 PDL's.. 7 illegal in my state (Alaska) and 3 legal. I have closed my bank account. Note, the bank did not need the letters to close the account, but they did if I just wanted to cancel specific ACH's, plus they wanted $18.50 per ACH revocation. I sent the appropriate letters out to the lenders, called the legal ones (looks like the EPP arrangement might work out with them) and spoke with pay roll (they did not need the letters because they said they can only garnish my account through a properly court-ordered process).

QUESTIONS: Cash Call (on behalf of a Western Sky loan) immediately e-mailed me a long letter they called 'a letter of validation.' 1) In one papragraph they tell me to pay it off now and in another they want me to call them to work out payment Plan. SHOULD I CALL THEM (or only deal in writing?) I do still owe them about $750 in principal. 2) Is the "validation letter" the same as a "collection letter" (I have a copy of the challenge letter I borrowed from this site, but it appears to be directed towards a "collection letter as opposed to a validation letter)??

I will update as I go through this crazy process. I can say I have far more hope than I had a week ago!!!

Lasltly, although I have registered and logged in with my email and password, the site still does not seem to recognize me. Anybody know how I can fix this?
