Whoa, mstina! Holy crap! :shock: Papercheck has debited over $1000 already? On a $450 loan? Okay, okay. Let's take a step back. Before we send any pdls anything, you need to get your bank account taken care of. Have you done anything regarding your bank account? Or is it still sitting open/active and the pdls are continuing to hit it?

Wow...mstina...Cannr is right honey...read that note about closing your account asap and close it down. You have way over paid a couple of these. You can write letters revoking their right to debiting your account, revoking their right to any wage assignment and telling them to communicate with you by email only and not at work. The bank has to be your first step though...ask any questions you might have a we will walk you through it...

I went to my bank today , they were a little help. They put a stop on any ach on checking account. Cant close it yet got to many checks out and in a way negative balance. But going to close it as soon as i can but nobody can debit now.
