Here are Nevada state pld law. Nevada is very lax when it comes to pdls. They do permit rollovers to an extent. We can look at the laws together and see what we can do. :D

scent, here's what we need for you to do. List out each pdl you have separately. List the storefronts first, by name, and how much the checks are for. Then list the internet loans, by name, how much borrowed, and how much paid back so far.

What scent is trying to tell us is that he/she is paying this amount to the storefronts. In his/her state, they do allow rollovers (unfortunately). This is probably why scent is not listing out an "amount borrowed" and an "amount paid", as these are storefronts. Scent is paying this amount in rollover/extension fees every two weeks to continue these loans. Unfortunatley, Nevada law allows these extensions.

Dixie...we can help you. Believe me it's not as bad as you think. I had 10 pdls when I came here and only have 2 left...please take the time to list each one like this:
Name of pdl:
Total borrowed:
Total paid so far in fees and payments:
now if you borroweed $200 and the "fee" is $60 every two weeks...and you had the loan 3 months that would be $60x6=$360. So on a $200. loan you would have already paid $360.
This way you can see what exactly you owe and we can help you stop it.
And if you haven't yet...please tell us the state you are in and if they are internet or store fronts....
We have all been where you are and it will get better....

Yes, we have multiple threads going on this one. The reason dixie/scent is posting the amounts this way is because they are storefronts. These are the amounts of the checks and what dixie/scent pays every two weeks in fees. In dixie/scent's state, extensions are permitted.
