Well, this is 2013 and I live in California and is a victim of one click cash. Do anyone know if this information given above still applies today? I am in disparate need of assistance with this matter. Please post any current information that I can use against one click cash. Morally, I want to pay the amount borrowed, however, no more. What steps can I take, PLEASE HELP!!!!

You have to only pay back the principal amount, morally and legally. They are an illegal payday loan company, which means they can't sue you in court. If you've been harassed by this illegal company, then do register a formal complaint against them at FTC or CFPB.

One Click Cash is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.
