VIP Loan Shop
Date: Thu, 07/30/2009 - 08:56
I just checked my bank account, and there is a pending deposit of $400 from VIP Loan Shop. I am uncertain of where the loan came from because I don't remember filling out an application for them.
I do remember being in the process of filling one out (signed electronic sig but didn't fax any paperwork), but I closed the window in the middle of the transaction. I think this is probably that loan, and I have no issue if it is because I applied for it and that means I owe it.
BUT, I need to contact them to verify it IS my loan, find out the payment day, amount of payment, and tell them I want to pay the whole dang thing off on the due date. I do NOT want to get stuck in a never-ending cycle.
So, any help? I can't find the via Google. In fact, Google pointed me here. Does anyone have contact info for them?
If you can find another way to get the money I suggest you do so
If you can find another way to get the money I suggest you do so. This company is nasty to work with. You might want to consider cancelling the loan immediately and have the bank reverse the deposit tomorrow.
If you are absolutely certain you can repay it within 2 weeks, then call the company and make arrangements to do so. I have posted their contact info below.

Thanks for the contact info. Yes, I am absolutely certain that I will repay the loan in two weeks. I learned my lesson about PDLs a LONG time ago, and it was only with the most extreme desperation that I did this.
