Online payday loan

Yes, I just received a call from "an investigator claiming they they were about to send my paperwork to va to have me arrested on fraud charges for not paying back an online payday loan from 2008. I live in Virgnia and the loan company was from arizona. They are saying that if I don't send them 460. today by 2pm that they will be contacting my human resourses to get information an by as soon as tomorrow, i will be arrested on fraud charges and will have to pay 2,418 to bond my self out. Can they do this?

They cannot.
Just sue em... its illegal for them to do/say that $1000 each offense. Im planning on it sometime, gotta get my ducks in a row, but I do plan on it.
