All these loans are the kind that let you pay only the finance charge a few times, then pay down on the principle.
I have been dealing with Sonic Cash for almost a year now, receiving loan from 200 to 500. I currently have a 200 loan with them and was scheduled to pay a 40 finance charge but it didn't go through on Friday.
WebPayDay-500 paid back 748 so far
PayCheckToday -500 paid back 600 so far
fast Cash loans-350 paid back 315
Solomon Finance-200, 60 was scheduled to come out on friday but it didn't this was my second loan from them and this was the first payment.
Quickest-cash-advance I have been dealing with them for awhile now but this was a new loan of 300 and the first payment was due friday but didn't go through
Cash n Dash- 300 the first paymeny of 72 was due on friday
As you can see 4 of my loans didn't make it through my bank on Friday, because another company charge my account earlier than expected.
It looks like you are finished with Webpayday and paychecktoday,
It looks like you are finished with Webpayday and paychecktoday, you have over paid them if they are illegal in your state. Have you secured your bank account? Read the sticky above about closing out your account. Have you sent your cease and desist letters?
I can tell you what I did. First I closed my bank account and had a hard freeze put on my account. Some banks are cooperative and some are not. Go to your bank and speak to the manager explain that these are illegal internet payday loan companies that you have overpaid but they continue to debit your account. The bank will only close your account and open a new one if your account is in the positive. If your branch is uncooperative go to a different one but securing your bank account is the first and most important step.
Next send your cease and desist letters (only after your bank account is secure) I emailed and faxed all my letters as most of these places do not have physical addresses. If you need a sample letter they are on this site.
After you have done this, it is a waiting game. You may be contacted right away or it might take awhile but if you are contacted and can negotiate a settlement good, if not hang up on them dont waste your time as these people will threaten, abuse, name call and attack you any way they can to intimidate you to pay them outrageous amounts of money.
By the way Good luck with all of this and if you need more help
By the way Good luck with all of this and if you need more help there are plenty of people here who have been through all of this who are more than willing to share their experience.

I read this on my Attorneys General web site
"File complaints against Internet payday lenders with your state regulator, your state Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission. Regardless of where the Internet lender says it is located, it is subject to your state's credit regulations."
Will a statement like this be helpful when dealing with my PDLs.
