I am looking for some information. I have gotten in payday loan hell problems. I am pretty sure none of the lenders are licensed to lend in Pennsylvania and all are illegal lenders. I know ethically i should pay back the principle but not legally obligated to. I never made a payment on any of them as my checking account was severely negative and frozen. I just want confirmation from anyone that knows that all are illegal lenders in PA. All were taken out online. I have sent all of them ACH and voluntary wage garnishment revoke letters. A few I have been sent to collections (one to A.C.S. another to Erie Mitigation) with and got the standard threatening calls to me and my family about being charged with checking account fraud. Amy information anyone can provide would be a help.

Minute Funds - $100.00
Hawk Blue LLC - $300.00
ABC Wages - $200.00
Western Sky / Cashcall - $1500.00
OPD Solutions - $250.00
Lazer Lending (CWB Services) - $300.00
GTI Holdings - $300.00
Great Eagle Lending - $400.00
Idealgelt - $500.00
West River Cash - $300.00
White Hills Cash - $405.00
National Pay Day Loan - $300.00

You are correct. Payday loans are illegal in PA. Have you checked the link on how to deal with unlicensed lenders? If not, please do so and follow every step. I hope that you have closed your checking account and opened a new one, not linked in any way. As far as the CA's calling you, send them a cease and desist letter certified mail return receipt requested. Also, please register with the forum so that you can see answers to your posts. All of the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal in your state. You owe only the principal. Don’t worry mate…illegal lenders can’t do anything. If required, you can file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
