Help needed for payday loans in WA
One is for amplify funding for $700, repaid $199 so far, next payment is due on 07/13
the other one is zoca loans for $400. I have not made a payment yet because they had my paydays wrong and I asked for my paydays to be adjusted. They said they stopped my payment from being processed and that I have 14 days to return the form for ACH withdrawls.
I filled out ACH revoke forms with my bank for both companies and will submit ACH revoke for both companies via email tonight.
I intend to pay back the full principal for both companies. What worries me, is that both companies have it in their contract that they can create remote checks to withdraw the full balance if I default. I am planning on emailing them the sample letter I have found here about them being illegal and willing to pay the principal but at my terms, $50 every two weeks until paid off.
The remote checks worry me the most.

Do one thing buddy. Close your back account immediately. Ask the bank to create a new account for you. Don't wait. Don't think. Just go to the bank immediately. The bank can give you some other alternative solutions.

Both of them are illegal payday loans, so you are right about paying off the only principal amount.
Nick said it right, close your bank account and open a new one. You've also revoked your ACH , so you'll not getting any trouble on that side.

Close the bank account
Close the bank account immediately after repaying the principal amount. You can also talk to your bank regarding it beforehand. So, that you can close the account before they grab the money from the account.

I sent emails about that I found this board. Amplify lending agreed right away to let me repay the principal balance in payments. Zocaloans won't budge and is calling/sending multiple emails every day. They are threatening with moving my account to their collection department. I opened a new bank account and will be moving my direct deposit into it.
I filed a complaint with DFI.

Good, pay the principal amount and relax. They are illegal lenders, they can't take any big step against you. If they force you for the money, Make a complaint to the State's attorney general.

You did the right thing, it's safer to move your account to another bank. It's all right, I think Zocaloans are just playing mind games with you, they are trying to scare you, let them do what they are trying to, you just go with the flow and chill.
