PDL's in WA state, have info will share

If any other WA residents are struggling in the trap I am more than happy to share what I have learned.
My info is on these companies:
CashNetUSA (Licensed, status = "office closed" ?? no idea what that means)
ChecknGo (status debatable - they have had extensive troubles in WA for a few years but supposedly worked out a deal. - no license found at WADFI so.....????)
The following all come up as:
There is no record for "-------" ! Please search again."
This means they are NOT licensed in WA and are illegal lenders here -
Zip19
StarCash
PayDayOne
Northway Financial
Search at the WA Department of Financial Institutions website provided the foregoing info.
So since I'm doing all this legwork I figured maybe someone else can benefit from what I find out.
Together maybe we can all overcome this hurdle and get on with PDL free lives! :D
If ChecknGo has stores in your state, they are legal and license

ChecknGo HAD stores, but about a year ago they all shut down, converted existing customers to online only.
I've tried every variation I could think of and finally got a hit at WADFI with "Check 'n Go" (had been trying ChecknGO, etc. seems it wants that apostrophe in there!)
Anyway it comes up with the license info and under "Status" it also says "Office Closed"
So what does that mean? The license is there but they have no storefronts anymore?
Which would mean they are strictly online now in WA?

If they only have online, there will only be one license. Their corporate name for WA may be different that ChecknGo, you might try Axcess Financial or Great Plains Lending. Those are two that I know of but there are probably more. Generally, each of the stores is a dba of a corporation in a particular state and due to aquisitions, the corp name may be something obscure.
DBA's, yeah, I had thought about that but was hoping to not have
DBA's, yeah, I had thought about that but was hoping to not have to go there.
As if it wasn't confusing enough.
Thanks, PDLOwner, I'll keep digging on them - although it would have been much simpler if they would have just told me when I called and asked them what their WA license number is! Not telling me raised a red flag for sure.

I believe CheckNGo's license in WA was suspended. If you search on the DFI web site, or maybe it was the AG's site, you'll find an article about the trouble they had and if I remember it correctly, their license is suspended.
Have you seen the new laws? One went into effect in July 1, I believe, and the other is effective Jan. 1, 2010. I believe my post about the new laws got put in a sticky somewhere.

Thanks for finding it.

Please share.... I am also in WA state. The only remaining PDL's that I have are internet.
ImpactCash - in payment plan though I am not sure it's legal since they keep adding interest to it
MyCashNOW - discovered was illegal but that haven't bothered me lately
CMG (now through SRS Associates) - in payment plan
Oneclick Cash - working with them to get a payment plan.... depending on what I find out could be interesting

patches - i would check to make sure that license is still valid and has not been suspended or anything like was mentioned in an earlier post. i might sound paranoid, i just do not trust these companies.
