hello, and happy friday.
i just received a call from some woman and she stated that i have a bal on my loan (like i didn't know) and if i wanted to take care of it today. i told her i could not until next week maybe but was not sure how my $$ was going to look. then she went into stating that she will file for litigation. i told her that i have already filed a complaint with the bbb and state attorney general office and for her to not call me again and hung up. i need a sample of wage assignment revocation letter.
and any advice on what else i need to do.

Hi I received numerous phone calls from PDM, stating that I had a pdl from Payday Yes, anyways sent out a letter not to contact me at work or home. Within 5 minutes of the Fax I sent to them,they called me at work to tell me the case has been closed and to have a good day, they wouldn't be bothering me anymore. Guess I'll wait ans see
