Im seriously thinking about using Town and Country Associates to combine just my store front payday loans. I hope it is not to late. First cash advance, a store front loan in aurora, IL. just called me and said tomorrow they are starting wage garnishments which means i will have to go to court.

My question is can i still use T&C even if it is on its way to wage garnishment, or is it too late?

Finsfan could answer garnishment questions. But I thought you had to go to court to get garnishments and it sounds like they don't even have a court date yet. How long have you been in default with them?

If they have already received a judgement, I would think it's up to the pdl if they want to go ahead with the garnishment or if they want to accept payments from T&C on your behalf. Have you told them that you are going to go with T&C? If they understand that regular payments will be coming soon they may stop the garnishment process . . . . .
