I have emailed them several times. I had a pdl with them. Original loan $400. Paid back $580 and they are saying I still owe $504. I live in Ohio. I know they are not licensed to do business in Ohio. I have emailed them over 50 times the last 3 months, filed complaints with FTC and OH Attorney General's Office. No response from them. Quite frankly, at this point all I want is a paid in full letter. Any advice?

Is your account secure? If you've closed your account, and already overpaid them, I wouldn't worry about it. They may hand you over to a CA, but all you have to do is request debt validation. It's an illegal lender. They won't be able to validate it. It might be an annoyance for a while, but they won't be able to take your money.

Yes, I have closed my account so they cannot take anymore money. I just learned how to block their number from my cell phone. That was the only phone number they had. For my references and work place, I had given them false phone numbers. Can they put this on my credit report?

Ok....I have yet to receive a pif letter or refund. However today on their website, my account is showing "SUSPENDED" What does that mean? They are idiots!

It could mean a variety of things, it's hard to know for certain why these illegal lenders say and do the things they do. I wouldn't hold my breath or come to any conclusions if I were you.

I have been emailing these idiots daily as I have overpaid ($180) and at this point just would be happy with a pif letter. Today, when I sent my daily email demanding a refund and pif letter, I asked them what "Suspension" status was on my account meant. This was their reply..."We are awaiting you providing replacement bank details so you can clear the balance owed, hence the suspension. Customer Services"

These people are so stupid. At least they are not calling 10 times a day anymore.
