Wage Revocation

I'm not sure what you mean but I will try to explain the wage assignment process and hope it was the answer you were looking for.
All you need to do to stop a wage assignment is write and sign a letter which says "I revoke your right to any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company." Don't forget to date it, then take a copy to your payroll person.

SO as a pre-emptive effort, is it a good idea to send these and then give to my payroll, too? I don't have any wage assignments currently but don't want them to try to sneak one in.
