I just received a call from CTS regarding a Payday Loan I had with American Web Loans. I still owe $190 and have contacted American Web Loans numerous times to try and resolve the issue. Before I send them the balance of the payment I owe I want something in writing stating that once they receive the payment my loan will be paid in full. They have not responsed to any of my emails. Now CTS is calling saying that I owe $1,740 which is more then the amount I borrowed in the first place. I told them that I would not discuss the matter over the phone and to send me somthing in writing. They told me that my only option was to take care of it over the phone today. I want to do the right thing and pay what I owe but I also want a gaurantee that this matter will be resolved once I pay the $190 balance. What do you suggest I do next?? I just want to be done with this!!
