Western Sky/Cash Call

Hi,
I just got a call from Wooten, Benson and Tate attorneys, asking me to tell them why I refuse to pay Cash Call. I told them I didn't know what they were talking about and I wanted them to send me a letter showing me what I owe. He said he was only calling to get my statement on file and to find out if there was another address I wanted them to serve me papers at, besides my work. Have you heard of this Law firm?? Should I worry? I had three loans total with them, and overall paid them two times the orignal amount of the three loans put together. I don't feel like I owe them another cent. They don't agree of course, but this is the third collection company they have sent after me.

Since the loan has originated
Since the loan has originated with Western Sky, so it is illegal. You owe nothing more than the principal. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

Was the loan originated by Western Sky per chance? You owe them nothing. Woten Benson Tate is a bottomfeeder and a scam outfit. Ignore their calls and report them to the AG, the FTC and the county cops.
