wanted to know if i could get locked up for not paying 300.00 loan?

It was originally 276.00 but with everything it'll be 300.00 dollars I lost my job and just cannot pay it as of right now. It through world fiance, can anyone help?:-(

no you can't,but if the loan was legal they can sue.i'm guessing this was online.however we need to know for sure and what state you are in.also were you threatened with arrest?
