I have payday max ( Silver ridge managment ) - check n go, one click cash , plain green, mobil loans, cwb services, great plains, I need help I dont want to have a colsolidation loan I want out of this roller coaster ride.!


First off....register with the forums.

You do not need a consolidation loan...most of your loans are illegal. Follow the link in my signature line for full information on how to deal with these illegal lenders.....you owe principal only, no interest and no fees. You have to close your bank account...the link explains everything.

All of your lenders are illegal except Check n go. You owe only the principal to your illegal lenders. As far as the legal loan is considered, you owe them both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with them and set up a payment arrangement with them.
