If they want settle with me do I have to pay all this, they are very ugly and want their money their way, prepaid debit cards, which I would have to buy so many because they limit each card to 500.00
I did purchase a walmart prepaid card and the payday loan said it was declined and now I'm fighting with the Walmart prepaid visa people which put you on hold for hours, as to why they have a block on cards I paid cash for I'm going crazy

As you already know, PDLs are illegal in NC. You are only required to repay the principal, no interest or finance fees. Given that the loans are illegal and the loan contract null and void, the lenders have to play by your rules. You pay whenever you want and whatever amount you want, nothing they can do about it, at least legally.
When they call again, make them a final offer. Either they accept payment(s) by money order or they do not get paid at all. If they agree, everything is good. If not, just ignore all calls and emails you receive from them. That should put them in line. For more information, please go through this thread:

I don't understand. Why are you taking so many troubles for the illegal payday loans? Don't you know that you've to pay back only the principal amount? How much have you borrowed in total? How much have you paid back till now?
One suggestion - Please don't take out payday loans or any other loans without knowing the state laws.
