Well it seems the State of Michigan is listening to complaints!!! I got a call today from a State of Michigan employee reference Western Sky/Cash Call that I made last month. The are finally going to start to shut these bastards down. I talked to him for a while and he asked me how much I've paid and wants a copy of my original contract. Then he told me they are getting a case together to sue Western Sky and asked me if I'd be willing to testify, my words "Hell Yes". He went on to say they have numerous complaints and they are taking them very seriously. They've been violating every loan law in Michigan and they will be resolving the issue and he threw in there hopefly we can get some of you refunds. I feel so happy that my state is taking action against these jerks!!! I'll keep you posted!!

Great news!! I'm happy to know that the state of Michigan is taking the issue seriously. Do keep us posted about the latest developments.

Keep us updated here. CashCall has been bothering a whole lot of people for a very long time. Idiots also go as far as to try and screw up your credit.

That is one thing the state is investigating, they are NOT suppose to report to credit reports and I was questioned if my loan was on my credit report, which it is. I just really hope something comes of this and things finally start getting resolved for all of us victims if ws/cc!! I'll keep everyone posted!!

Michigan also took action against Eastside Lenders ..ordering them to cease & desist. However they are still offering loans to Michigan residents on their website

How do you go about contacting your AG's office. I'm in Ohio. My husband and I both have loans originating with WS and then given to CC. I stopped making payments on my account in Feb., My husband's this month. I have had no contact from them after sending the illegal lending/C&D letters...waiting for the other shoe to drop and want to see what I can do. I overpaid on both loans. Any suggestions/advice appreciated.
