Payday loan info

I'm in the process of trying to resolve payday loan issues. Before I close my bank account, I want to compile all the info for these loans. What is the best way to do this?

I can print things for my own records, but should I take screen shots as well?
Any suggestions?

I've contacted my bank, and they are going to close my account a open a new one. I want to make sure I have all the info I need while I still have access to it.

When i send out the letters, I want to be sure that I include all that is needed.

Soaplady has the right information.
You only need your PDL contract, a template for Maine, and to contact your Lender for forbearance and, possibly, a refund.
Your information is very vague.
