What is the statute of limitation period for credit card debts in Washington? It has been 6 years. Still, the debt is there on my credit report.

Washington Statutes of Limitation

" Written contracts and accounts receivable: 6 years, (RCW 4.16.040).

Oral contract: 3 years (RCW 4.16.080).

Recovery of property and judgments: 10 years, (RCW 4.16.020)"

I have taken out 2 payday loans from the same lender. I was forced to take out the second loan to pay off the first loan. But, I don’t have any written agreement. So, what will be the SOL period in my case? 3 years?
