If your moral code is such that you feel you do need to repay, use the washington state law as a tool in negotiating terms of repayment that are reasonable to you.. Cool Abyss is correct in stating that we encourage an ethic of repayment, that said, there is nothing wrong with negotiating favorable terms.. thats good business and not unethical.
