Webpay HELP

Okay I took out a loan with webpayday for $350 have paid back $681.25. I have sent a letter withdrawing ACH and all other things. I sent it by fax, email and snail mail. I was covering my bases. They continue to call me at work, even when I tell them not to call here and they say I owe 307.50. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THey also said thay they have not received it and they are going to take the whole amount out. NO luck the checking account overdrawn. The bank won't close it or but a blaock on it. Yes I did speak to a manager. I filed a compalint to FTC and BBB. What else can I do to make them stop. I have 4 other and have only received contact from email from them. no answer to my letters. Please help


What state are you in? Did you send them an email revoking wage assignments? Here are some posts made by another member of this forum that has dealt with webpayday.

I recieved the return receipt from Webpayday yesterday. Yeah. I got a call today from them saying that I still owe them money (307.50). I have already paid 681.25. What else is there to do? All I want is to be marked PIF, the refund would be a bonus. I have not heard from the other 4 PDLs yet. 2 I have overpaid and 2 that I owe on the principal.

i didn't see anything about an AG complaint,if not send that asap.

I just got a PIF letter from Webpayday. YEAH. Now I wish I would here from the other 4 PDLS. If I don't I hope they all just go away. I want to thank everyone who has helped me and this board. Without this board I would still be overpay these companies. I am glad to be out of this trap. Thanks again

I got the PIF letter from Webpayday, but they won't stop calling me. I talked to the lady (she called my work), and got a fax number for her do that I clould fax her a letter from them and a copy of the orginal letter that I sent so they would have them. That was 2 days ago, now got a call again and say I still owe money. UGH. I don't know what to do about them. I still have not heard from the other 4 companys

if webpayday sent you a PIF and they continue to call.file a complaint with your AG.that just isn't right and shouldn't be accepted or tolerated.
