I got a call for my daughter saying she took out loan for 850.00 in 2009. they say she didnt pay. now they say they are allowed to charge 711% intrest. has anyone ever hear of this. they now want 7062.64

daugherts loan

at the time of the loan they say she lived in virginia. now she lives in south carolina . she says never took out that loan. im thinking she should fall under soldier and sailor act also
