Question About Refunds

For those of you that have gotten refunds, do know if you state was/is in litigation with the companies that refuded you? The reason that I'm asking is that I had loans out with United Cash Loans and One Click Cash. I went through all of the usual steps and after I filed a complaint with the AG, I received a letter from the Consumer Credit Code department stating that they are currently involved in litigation with these companies. I have requested refunds from both UCL and OCC on at least three occasions and of course have not received a response. I'm wondering if I should keep requesting the refund or just waiting for the outcome of the litigation. Thanks!
