has anyone ever heard of this company? i paid this loan off
last year. they have a nerve to offer me a settlement on something that was already paid off. now i am seeing RED TO THE 10TH POWER.... I AM SOOO F%$%$%g SICK OF THESE BLOODSUCKERS I WISH I COULD PUT THEM ALL ON AN ISLAND SOMEWHERE.
NOW I HAVE THE LUXURY OF GOING THROUGH PAPERWORK AND EMAILS TO SHOW PROOF.

Send them a debt validation letter along with a copy of the proo
Send them a debt validation letter along with a copy of the proof that you paid off the debt in full. However, if they still harass you for the debt, file a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission.
