Also, I sent the validation
Also, I sent the validation letter May 7th, 2013 and May 9th. So they had 30 days from then...so I have no idea how or what should provide. I know it's probably not validated since the didn't include everything I asked...just need guidness on what should do next v
well
you provide nothing.why are you even thinking this illegal tribal lender who ran a complete scam with cashcall, and delbert is legit.there is a cease and desist for a reason, and no the debt with WS again is not valid.btw CC is a bunch of california fruitcakes who lie in court and think everything they say is true, and anything they do is legal.so no they didn't validate a thing, and just stating the debt is valid is not validation.re-file your AG complaint, and file AN FTC complaints as well.top close unless yopu borrowed 4,000.00 you don't owe that, and they are the ultimate sick evil bullshit artists.
File with the CFPB
I fell for the WS/CC trap a little over a year ago. I've filed a complaint with the CFPB and had an investigator call me asking for documents and how the loan was approved. He was particularly interested in knowing whether I'd talked to anyone at Cash Call before the loan was approved. File a complaint with them, as they seem to be taking notice. The more we let them know about this shady company the better. Also, don't know if it will work or not but I also filed a complaint against Equifax and Experian about CC reporting this on my credit report. So far Equifax removed it but still waiting to hear back from Experian. I doubt they'll remove it but if enough of us complain to the CFPB abou Experian reporting CC/WS loans maybe the Feds will pressure Experian to drop the reports as they pressured the banks to stop processing payments for some of these shady outfits.
Ok thanks, I don't know what
Ok thanks, I don't know what I was thinking or why the thought even popped in my head this thing was "validated". I'll refile with my AG and just keep shoving all those letters in a drawer. Thanks, and sorry for my freak out!
