Payday loans

Payday loans have ruined my life. I have 4 right now but one is really overdue.
I paid one part of the actual loan back...but then I just didn't have the money so I just stopped. They threatened me and so on so I made payment arrangements. I paid one part back..the next time westernunion didn't accept my payment...I called and they made a new arrangement and now I sit here with no money. I was going to pay 100 of the 400 just so I paid something but once again westernuinion.com froze again and I am not sure what their deal is.
I want to just default...it's Christmas...I am paying the other 3 loans off fine...and for the last 2 years I have paid every loan but this one. What can they do to me? I don't even know what I really owe at this point since it went up to $700 when I borrowed like $400 and paid that much back so far with the two payments I made.
I hate this loans. I have borrowed so much money from my family to stop them but at one point I had 5 and I never quite had enough. At one point I just closed my bank account but that blew up in my face.
I never have been this shady but I don't know what to do. I just don't have the money for these people and these other loans I plan to pay off with my tax return.
But what can this other loan really do to me? One just took the money right out of my account...$400 right out. Can they do that? Will this one? I am terrified because I don't have that.

Close your account and get rid off them. Never give checking account details to Western Union as you can't get an address to trace them. You haven't mentioned your state. It's important information.
