PDL's in the West Indies

I have 2 internet PDL's, like many I had no idea that they were based out of the country at the time.. so anyway, I have only made a couple of payments, found this site and the forum.. ( Thank God) !! Closed my accounts, opened new ones, just got my first email from my lendors today, sent out the letter that you have recommended, but I did find this agency that deals with financial institutions in the West Indies, so added a blurb that I was also reporting them to this agency as well as the BBB, Fed Trade Comm etc...I dont know if it will help but I figured it was worth a try...
