What happens if I block ACH?

Hello
ACH Blocks can be good in certain cases, but most illegal lenders circumvent that by pulling under different names. The best way is to close your account immediately. Any Bank or Credit Union will hopefully have the best interest of their customer at heart. If not, go to a manager and explain your situation. When they cant pull from the account, you can send the forms on this website to the lenders and take back control of your finances.
We are all here to help with anything you may need.
a couple of questions first
since both are internet and illegal in just about every state i have to know the following.
1)how much was borrowed from each
2)how much was debited by each thus far
3)state you are in
you see since ameriloan is illegal and cash jar might be you only owe ameriloan the principle and anythig debited in fees gets deducted from that.example:
you borrow 300.00 form ameriloan.they debit 90.00 three times.you only legaly owe 30.00 on this.btw never dealt with cash jar,but ameriloan will fight you and will not settle.i paid 350.00 on a 200.00 loan and they fought me for one year claiming i owed 650.00.you really need to close your account as well.why?because if you send ACH revocations and your account is still open i do know ameriloan will debit you out of existence, and still claim you owe.close the account.find out how much was debited by each place.you will be suprised by how little if anything you really owe to these lenders.
