I am from Utah and have got myself into the worst mess with payday loans I have currently 6 loans adding up to over 3,000 dollars and can't seem to find a way out, I am barely keeping up with the min payment which is 700 a month and I'm getting behind with everything eles I can't do this anymore but I have no where to turn I need help please advice??
The companys i have used are.
Check City
Advance America
Cash net USA Internet
One Click Internet
Liberty Lending
QC

What are the full names One Click and QC?
Was Check City a storefront loan?

Advance America, CashNetUSA and Liberty Lending are all legal in your state. I suggest you contact each of them right away and try to set up an extended payment plan.

How much did you borrow from each of these lenders? How much have you been debited thus far?

You've come the right place. There are so many knowledgable people here willing to offer advice - GOOD advice. Paulmergel, OhioGal, Danaterre to name a few. I've been working on my situation for about a month now. I would suggest you close your checking account as soon as possible. Even if you have legal store front loans, they will work with you on payments or an extended payment plan if your check is returned. At least that has been the case with me.
good luck :)

First you need to close your checking account and get a new one.

All of your lenders are legal, with the exception of OneClickCash. If you're having difficulty paying the legal lenders, you can ask them to put you on an extended payment plan. This should break up your current balance into 4 equal payments, due over your next 4 pay dates. No further interest or fees will be charged.

Since you have so many, that option might not work for you. Sometimes, defaulting on the loan and working out an affordable payment plan is your best bet, so keep that in mind as well.

For OneClick, you should only repay the principal amount of the loan (e.g. you borrowed $300 and have paid a $90 rollover fee 3X so you only owe them the remaining $30), no fees or interest are payable. So you'll need to figure out how much you've already paid them. If you???ve overpaid, ask for a refund. Be sure to include ACH debit and Wage Assignment revocation language when you send your letter.

Follow the advice in this thread to learn how to deal with illegal lenders. You will find sample letters and other useful information, shared experiences, etc.

Since most of the lenders in your state are legal, so you will be accountable for the principal amount along with the interest. If you are in a financial hardship to repay your debts in full, then you may enroll in a payday loan debt consolidation program which will help you to replace your multiple bills into a single monthly payment.

Ask the bank to put your account on a "deposit only" status until you can bring it to a $0 balance. Show them the ACH revocation letters and let them know that, if any of these creditors attempt an ACH debit after revocation, they are required to reverse the transaction and any fees that were incurred because of it.

If your account is overdrawn because of any charges the illegal lender (oneclick) debited, see if they will work with you to refund those as well.
