I just send ACH letters for White Hills Cash, Fox Enterprises (which was sent to National Credit Adjusters) and Hyda Fund. All are a results of over payment...

Have anyone ever dealt with them in regards to this?? How did it go?

I am in the process of going after National credit adjusters, I have a lawyer..They will call you and tell you that you will be served that day...do not believe them...They will call your boss..and they will harass you..when they do ...send them a cease and desist order. send it certified mail with a return receipt...and make sure you keep track of their calls, write down the date and time they call for future reference. If they do harass you..after the C&D order is sent..report them to your state attorney general's office, and to the FTC.

Are you currently in a debt consolidation program? Are these lenders you posted about included in the program?

If you've got illegal payday loans you can take care of those yourself. You've paid enough and surely don't need to spend money on a consolidation program that likely will only take your money.
If you have paid more than the principal on an illegal loan then you don't owe them another cent. Follow the guide in the signature line of helpinaz to rid yourself of these things
