Call the loan places and ask for itemized statement of your loan accounts. They should have sent it without you asking for it.

No, No, NO. If that debt is 2 years are older, I would just leave it alone. I have heard stories, some I have read here that they had a debt that is as old as yours and they got nervous and decided to contact that creditor and what happen was the creditor reopened the debt and or sold or gave it to another collection agency. They even had to pay all that accumilated intrest and what ever other charges they had.
Check with the laws of your state to see what the statues of Limiation are on that debt and also contact your states attorneys department to ask the same. that is why this people are there to help you with this. Just be really careful now. You do not want to kick a dog when it is sleeping to wake up and bite you.
thanks
Luke is right, if this account is close to being at the statute

Definitely...you do not want to start your sol over...and if these are non licensed internet loans...let it go. Also...they do not as a rule ever report to the credit agencies...so don't worry about it.

Most of them are operating illegally, without licenses and such. I think that if they report to the credit agencies, they have to be a vaild company, properly licensed and all that.
I had to check over my bank accounts to see who I got money from and how much I paid them. But in the case of 2 years, yeah I wouldn't worry about it. When it is time to check your credit report again, do it and see if there is anything on it, but there probably isn't. And getting your credit report is the first step to improving your credit. And there is more advice on that in the other category....
