payday loan help

i have a line of credit with cashnet usa. i have tried everything i have read on this forum. i went to website and hit chat now. the lady said she could not help me. i would have to call collections. i called collections and they wont work with me on payment because i have made all my payments on time. my question is should i not make a payment and see if they will work with me or can someone give me a suggestion how to deal with them. thanks to everyone on this forum. all your advice has helped alot. i am willing to pay cashnet just trying to work out payment plan. also sure advance has changed my loan status to loan default. i sent a email yesterday but no reply. should i just leave it alone or contact them every payday. thanks

CashNetUSA is a CSO and they are pretty easy to work with. If you are finding it hard to make the payments, just call the local (if that does not work, call Corporate) and ask them for the EPP. Under the plan, the balance of your loan is going to be split up in 4-5 payments spread over months and the interest is frozen.

Steve thanks called coporate and collections dept wont work with me on payment plan so do u think I should miss a payment and see if they will work with me then?

Not sure if every situation is unique. I had a loan with CashNetUSA. I tried to setup a payment arrangement. Would not work with me. I finally defaulted on the loan, then they agreed to make payments for 4 equal monthly payments. This may be the way you have to go also. Good luck.
