I was short on payment.
I had enough in there to cover the entire payoff in one month, but a few little things came up a couple days before which ended up making me sort of the total amount. So, I tried to change the amount I was going to pay, but their website wouldn't let me. I was locked into paying a $650 lump sum. Well, long story short, since THEY wouldn't let change my payment amount, it overdrafted my checking account, and bounced the ACH check. This was a few days ago, I don't get paid for another week or so. I looked at my account online this morning, those A-Holes hit me again, for a $30, $150, and $500 charge. Three separate charges!!! And I'm already in the negative! So three more overdraft fees, three more bounced check fees!!! How do I stop these pricks! contact me at deleted..pmif need be. Thanks. -Chris no personal,or solicitory info.

BBB accredited means nothing. A company can buy the accredition by paying membership fees. It is a member supported company.

I haven't paid anything yet first payment due on 05/23/11. I was researching everything yesterday and will make calls today and tomorrow. From what I read the contract is null and void in Wisconsin and residents can recover everything. Just wondering if I should stop the ACH debits before they start?
USFASTCASH
I apologize, did not I could not post personal contact info. Well.... so far USFC has tried to ding me several times, the bank account is blown up, and have no money after paying fees, and bla bla bla. So... just trying to figure out how to tackle these guys to make things right, but not get destroyed by their ridiculous interest. I should've known better than to deal with them in the first place. Trying to find Oregon laws that may help with dealing these guys, and doing some research it appears that as an illegal lender, UsFastCash, I only have to pay back the principal? I have talked with them on the phone after many harassing phone calls, and tried to make a payment arrangement, however, they wanted me to pay $136 for something like 6 months, which ends up being way more than the initial $500 borrowed. So I told them to shove that idea, it's bad enough I took the loan out of stupidity, but I'll be damned if I do anything more stupid with these guys. So question, will they send this to collections? Would it be better to deal with a collection company that is separate from them?
