Webpayday help
Date: Wed, 05/13/2009 - 11:21
I have read some information on this site and determined that the webpayday.com was not licensed in Wisconsin. I then faxed them the letter of revocation as outlined in this forum and received this from them.
Any tips on dealing with them now?

meanwhile on their site they have an address for TX but they told me to send payment via moneygram to Georgia cause they process payments there. payday loans are prohibited in GA and in TX, no rollovers are allowed. so now they're telling you they're in Utah?

guess what? i just received a few minutes ago an e-mail from someone from the Department of Financial institutions of the state of Utah and he says that webpayday is no longer licensed in Utah and they left as of January of 2008 and gave a contact number and address of:
David Johnson
FFD Resources II LLC
3343 Peachtree Rd NE Ste 800
Atlanta GA 30326
(404) 814-6418
and also said to contact your State Banking Department and tell them what's going. So, webpayday has just lied to you.
