Check n go offers an extended payment plan, but you have to ask for it before you default, they are members of the CFSA. Cashnetusa also has an extended payment plan.
First you need to find out where these lenders are licensed, I don't think paychecktoday is licensed anywhere, but I am not 100% certain.
