Geneva Roth Mischele just called me to inform me I was in default with my pay day loan and I need to pay $330.00 on my $300.00 loan at which I have paid $465.00 so I proceeded to tell her I have sent them 3 different letters a CD letter a withdrawal revocation and a withdrawal letter regarding wage garnishment she then went on to tell me they can give me 3 ways to pay this off. I told her as far as I was concerned they owed me $136.50 cause PA law stated there prohited here and they can only charge 9.50 per 100 and then I told her not to call her again only contact me by email or USPS she proceeds to tell me then what I did was PREMEDITED THEFT I said what is that and she said I planned on stealing there money and running. She then proceeds to tell me I was right on times with my payment then I decided not to pay them all I did was ro;;over ever time I paid them. I again told her there were paid in full and my attorney general is handling this she then hung up on me and called right back I answered and told her I said she is not to call her anymore she said ok u will hear from the collections department and u will b charged with PREMEDIATED THEFT I ask her if she was threating me if so I could use the $1000.00 she could be fined and she hung up any one else been told this?

Premeditated theft is a joke. You didn't steal anything...it's just a scare tactic to try and get you to pay. Next time she calls you tell her you don't care...charge me with with whatever you want...I know you're full of it. This is not the lowest level to which they will stoop...they will say all kinds of crazy things, but the only reason they say these things is because they have no legal way to recover their money...if they did...they wouldn't even bother calling you with threats, they would just go to court and get it.

I settled with them after involving the AG of Kansas and threatening criminal charges. This was only after they brought in their attorney. I had to sign a confidentiality aggreement but I can say it was done quickly and to my satisfaction. There is a federal law against Comulpsory use of Electonic Withdrawals. Do not back down.

Amazing. Theft? You paid them OVER the amount you legally owed them and it's theft? Oh, please. These people are insane. . . .
