they just left me a message. First off, he didn't identify himself but said he is sick of getting this letter dropped on his desk for phone number 866-698-0738 and is going to drop it off between 5 and 7 today and if I am not there, at my place of employment. It came up as a private call and he left no phone number to call him back. The only reason I know it's WNYC is because of the the 866#. I am on hold with them right now, trying to get their mailing address. When he answered, I asked him for his mailing address, he said he is not familiar with it and put me on hold 3 mintues ago. His supervisor got on the phone and told me that they only have a PO box. When I asked for their licensing information, first he said they didn't require one, then when I told him that it's required to collect in another state, he said they have a license, but he is not giving it to me because he didn't know who he was talking to.
