I have loans with loan shop online for 460 paid 180 in fees so far principle is 400
My payday loan for 500 paid 100 in fees so far principle is 400

cashking advance for 500 paid 560 in fees so far principle is 500
united fast cash for 325 paid 500 in fees principle is 500
all of these were done online and i am wondering if they are legal in california and if i send a revocation of ach withdrawls and request for contact via email only will i still need to close my bank account and if they are illegal in california, and i have not yet paid the principal is that all i will owe them...also how do i know if they are a cso or a pdl...i am trying desparately to dig myself out of this hole///if i have paid the principle amount in fees is that all i owe
any help is appreciated thank you

Loan shop online - illegal - you owe $220

My payday loan - illegal - you owe $300

paydaymax - illegal - you owe $96

cashking advance (is this supposed to be King Cash Advance - if so, this is legal)

united fast cash - illegal - I have a feeling your principal was actually $325? If so, you overpaid by $175. If your principal actually was $500, you owe nothing.

Yes, you have to close your account. Follow the step by step advice in my signature link.
