I am a bit confused with the regulations on payday loans in the State of Texas.

Unfortunately, I currently have 4 and am wondering if they are indeed legal and at what point have I legally help up my end of the deal.

Here are the lenders:

Payday One (Online)
Original Amount: $850
Paid to Date: $1504.36
Principal Owed: $660.00
Total Owed: $822.42

Advance America (Store Front)
Original Amount: $900
Paid to Date: appr $1400

UnitedCashLoans (Online)
Original Amount: $300
Paid to Date: $90
Principal Owed: $300.00
Total Owed: $390

Cash Store (Store Front)
Original Amount: $400
Paid to Date: $0
Principal Owed: $400
Total Owed: $1029.92

I am not currently in collections on any of these, and they are all paid up, however I do fear that as I am starting to have to get new loans to be able to pay the old ones and still be able to make my car insurance payment and purchase fuel so that I can work that I will soon be to a point where I cannot manage it.

Any and all insight is greatly appreciated!
